Blue & Gold Macaw, age 25. Casey lived in a cat hoarder’s trailer with over 40 cats, moldy food, and cardboard over all the windows. His owner was a chain-smoker who smoked in the house. He has plucked his feathers due to the stressful situation he was living in. Casey is a permanent resident here at Angel Wings from the abuse he has endured. Casey suffers from wry neck which means he cannot hold his head up, is handicapped and resides in a handicap equipped cage. It takes him a long time to trust a person, but he is loved and has a gentle nature. Casey is considered a special needs bird and has a permanent home here at Angel Wings.

Blue & Gold Macaw, age 25. Ziggy was attacked by a raccoon and has a damaged wing. He has panic attacks. He can be super sweet, but gets aggressive without being provoked. He is blind in one eye. He is a special needs bird and permanent resident of Angel Wings.

Blue & Gold Macaw, believed to be age 11. She was somehow crushed, almost to death. We do not have much information, but her x-rays show she had past broken legs, broken ribs, and a broken keel bone. She is considered a special needs bird and is a permanent resident, as she could be killed easily if thrown or hit.

A Congo African Gray with epilepsy. He is on anti-seizure medication and requires 24 hour supervision. He is a permanent resident.

A Hawk-Headed Parrot that is plucked.

A Citron Cockatoo with a severe spinal injury. He is a talker whose favorite words are "hello" and "shut up". He is a permanent resident.

A Jenday Conure with behavioral problems.

A Moluccan Cockatoo who will be on anti-psychotic medication for the rest of her life. She used to be a self-mutilator but now is covered with beautiful feathers. She is friendly and loves to run around on the floor.

A Mitred Conure who had a stroke and is handicapped. He is a rescue favorite and a permanent resident.
